~My most important change is that I shred my cheese and after I do the flour and the milk, I throw it in there and stir stir stir until it melts, so you have a cheese sauce. I like the top of my casserole to be crunchy not cheesy, so it turns out perfect for me.
It's really good if you like tuna noodle casserole. I actually didn't end up making it tonight, I'm making it tomorrow night and now I'm sad.
