Has anyone felt incredibly lazy during pregnancy lately? I'm at wk6 and fatigue hits me hard every once in a while, but I mostly feel lazy and don't want to move at all. I'm not even that tired. It's a very odd feeling.
Yeah big time, I'm still laying in bed and I never do that. We are creating a person though, that's the biggest thing I've ever done, haha. Enjoy a lazy Sunday.
I definitely feel lazy. I just want to curl up on the coich with some crappy tv and a good book and lay around all day. Unfortunately my 1 year old won't let that happen, and these dishes aren't going to do themselves ...ugh!
Hell yes. I'm the cleaning nazi ... and now I'm satisfied with it looking "ok." So not me. I'm the girl who vacuums her floor every evening afte work. Now, I think I do it a couple times a week. So very sad. However, I'm so lazy and tired, I really don't care right now. I'm sure I will in a month when my house looks like a bunch of college frat boys live in it!
Just said the same thing to my DH yesterday. With my DD I was absolutely exhausted and fell asleep super early or napped all the time. With this baby, I'm just lazy. I'm fairly tired, but not enough to use as an excuse. However, I just have no desire to get off my couch and do anything!
I'm right there w/ ya! I think between the fatigue & the nausea is what has had me feeling that way. I work full time, but the time I'm at home I've pretty much been a couch potato! I feel bad cuz my hubby has had to do some extra to make up for me & he is already crazy busy w/ full time work & school, but I do try to help out when I am feeling good as much as I can. The rest of the time I just take it easy.
Me too! I'm tired and lazy. Tired when I get home from work and lazy on the weekends. I have this long mental list of things I want to do before giving birth and haven't had the energy to tackle any of them. I'm hoping I get that second trimester burst of energy I hear so much about!
Super lazy. Clean laundry hasn't been put away in over a week. Just folded and put in baskets. I've been using my dishwasher for things I typically hand wash. And I've fallen behind on diaper laundry. Which never happens.
So looking forward to the second trimester energy burst.
OMG laziness is my middle name today!
What I have done so far

Dude, at least your laundry is getting folded. Ours has been a consistent pile in the corner of the room for 2 rounds of laundry so far. Folding just seems like the most pointless, time consuming task the past few weeks. "I can fold this laundry...or I can dump it in the clean clothes pile and go to sleep...SLEEP."

Ditto! And I just read your blog, and I laughed so hard at the post-shower nap. I did that yesterday. :
