Not exactly. Desitin Creamy still has zinc oxide and mineral oil, which can be tough to get out of synthetic fibers. It doesn't have fish oil like regular Desitin. So it will probably take longer to cause issues than the regular...but it will likely still result in repelling with synthetic pockets or AIOs (like your new Freetime).
That said, I've used it with flats and had no issues with it coming out, but flats are extremely forgiving. I would not use it with my pocket diapers as scrubbing it out with a toothbrush is not my idea of a good time.
