I have been pretty active before and during TTC amp; definitely trying to keep it up now, but bootcamp outside amp; summer in Texas doesn't seem like the best idea. I still do cardio 3x a week or try to and would like to keep up with stregnth training of some sort. Anyone have a preference or just know an awesome prenatal Pilates dvd? I don't always trust Google and would like some opinions : Happy Weekend! nbsp;
Re: Favorite Pilates dvd/instructor?
I have a prenatal Pilates book at home but can't remember the title ATM but I'll let you know later!
Not sure if you've already gotten something but I bought the Fusion Pilates dvd last week. I've done it twice already and I loved it!! I had a classical pilates instructor for a long time so I think I'm more particular about my dvds. This one is really great, a good work out that somehow still feels relaxing. It's only like $20 with shipping too! I hope you like it!

This is my favorite, too.
