Eczema and Yeast Rash?

Hello!

The dermatologist said LO has yeast all over his body along with eczema on his face. It sort of looks like heat rash. It did spread to his diaper area for a day or so but then cleared up rather quickly without any creams etc. My question is do I need to treat his diapers for yeast? He is still covered in bumps all over and was given a wash but not sure how to handle the cloth since it wasn't technically a diaper rash. If I do treat them, do I have to wait until his body is completely clear to use again? Thanks in advance!

When my DS got yeast in the diaper area, I just washed twice.  I'd imagine once it clears up you should either double wash your diapers on hot or just strip.  If it's all over the body but not in the diaper area, I'd imagine you'd be ok using
