Today was an interesting day! I had my monitoring US this morning, IUI is scheduled for Monday morning. I am supposed to BD with DH tonight, trigger tomorrow night before bed, and bring DH's specimen with me Monday to the office.
I didn't get to talk to RE this morning. The tech did my US and told me that the nurse would call. She did, and she said that I had 4 follicles, 3 on left and 1 on right. Two of them were 17mm and 2 were 18mm. She said I had other smaller follicles too. I asked if that was good, and the nurse said it was "normal". I was hoping for more information than that though. Anyone else have similar or some other insight?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Monitoring US
You really don't want any more than four follies unless you've have several failed treatment cycles under your belt. Usually I get two or three, so four is a amazing response. A follie is mature at 16mm, but they like them to be between 18-
IUI#4 1/23/13 on 75iu x9 Follistim = BFP then chem preg m/c (Feb 2013)
IUI#5 BFN (April 2013)

Thanks for the response and the info! I'm sorry about your loss.
My RE likes to generally see one lead follicle in that 18-24mm range for trigger- especially in the earlier cycles she didn't want to see too many that are too large. Estrogen E2 levels are also key in understanding when to trigger.
