At my confirmation appointment this morning my doctor told me I need to eat fish four times per week, which is about four times more than I currently eat it. Of course the thought of fish right now makes me nauseous. I don't eat shellfish (shrimp, scallops, clams), so that further limits which fish I can have.
Can anyone share recipe suggestions?
Re: Fish 4x/week!!!
This is DH's favorite salmon recipe. It's very good!

I'm not a big fish fan, but this is definitely my favorite recipe for it:

Any white fish is super easy once you get used to it. Look for recipes "en papillote" - it means "in paper" and you wrap your fish up with veggies etc in parchment paper or foil then cook it. It is super easy and then you can just put the packet on a plate and its very impressive (steamy, smells delish) when its opened up.
Also my SO loves to do white fish with a little bit of mustard and just baked. Easy peasy, and it really does turn out delicious.
