Nausea medication

Does anyone else have side affects from the nausea medications? It knocks me out for the entire night and the next morning I'm so groggy like I took a sleeping pill. I have also noticed I'm extreamly cranky since I have been taking it. I take it at night since that is when my morning sickness is the worst. I'm not sure IFC I want to keep taking it? I would almost rather be nauseas than tired and cranky all day at work!

A pregnant friend of mine suggested half a unisom but I haven't tried it yet! Hope you feel better

I'm taking zofran and it doesn't affect me like that at all! The only thing I notice is constipation.

Are you taking promethazine?  I have used that a few times and it will make me sleep for 15 hours straight and feel like a zombie the next day.  I have heard unisom is good for nausea but it doesn't do much for me, doesn't even make me sleepy. &

I took it for the first time last night and while I slept great, today has been rough. I'm going try taking half a dose instead and taking at 7:30 instead of 9.
