I posted this on 6-9mths also, but lately I've just been miserable. I think I"m in funk or something, I'm just kind of bored with everything. I have no energy, the house is a mess, DH and I have no us time, we're constantly arguing, I can't stop eating, I have no time for me, I haven't been to the gym in forever and I'm just so blah.
I kind of remember this happening when DD1 was 6 or so months old, when I started to try and resume some normalcy, but I was just losing myself in the process. I just feel like we don't do anything anymore. Our big activities are eating out (hence the eating!) and that's it. DH does stuff around the house and I take both girls to the supermarket and to target. That's it - every weekend.
Anyone else going through the same thing? DH just keeps saying that I just need to get my act together and that this is life now, but that seems to be way easier said than done.
