Anyone else having extreme moodiness? I cry over silly little things and feel almost as if I'm going crazy at times with easily being frustrated/irritated by the smallest reasons... Feeling bad for those around me lately

Well I think the waiter at Outback got his fill tonight with my emotions I was pleasantly surprised with a strawberry shortcake dessert and I cried?! Seriously??? Ugh!
