I was just reading that you can introduce eggs and peanuts, ect if there's no family history of food sensitivities / allergies...I'm having a "brain lapse" issue and am wondering if this just means that particular food or in general? I have gluten issues and dairy makes my belly hurt...so I'm on the fence already for these foods but was thinking of giving DD eggs soon and maybe som PB or other nut / seed butter. What do you think? Also what's your opinion on gluten and dairy?
Re: Define family food allergies...
