She's being a bit overdramatic but it does seem unreasonable that Jimmy John's wouldn't accommodate her request.  I'm guessing she just got someone on the phone that was in a bad mood that wasn't willing to make an exception.

But i understand her request and it is NOT corporate policy. I NEEDED a JJ sandwich and asked them to wrap the turkey completely separate so I could take it home and fry it up. They did it nooooo problem. Poor girl...
