Youngest Child Feeling Left Out

I'm pregnant w/baby 3... My oldest turned 17 in March and my youngest will be 9 in July. When I was pregnant with my youngest, my oldest was excited the entire time. Even after youngest was born, things were great and for there to be such an age gap they are very close.
My prob now is that my youngest isn't very happy about it at all. She cried when we told her, and by the questions she asks you can tell she's not too keen on the idea of another sibling.
To help with the transition we try to include her in as much involving the baby as we can, as well as make sure she gets quality one on one time with me.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions that could help her get excited?

My mom had the same problems with my brother. She decided to let him name me. He was 8 yrs old n he named me after his first love, one of the 8th graders who would come to his second grade classroom and read to them lol.
