Im wondering what are the usual agreements for visitation when the child is an infant or young toddler and the parents are in different countries.
I have a friend who has a 14 month old. She and bd divorced when she was pregnant. He bullied her into working on visitation agreement on their own He's stationed in Germany
she's in the US. The baby is now
visiting him for a 3 week visit in Germany. She's realized now this was a bad idea. He is now asking for a 3 month visit because he can't afford all the airfare back and forth. They don't have anything legal in writing.
ETA.... They have a co from before he was sent to Germany and she has primary physical custody with him having some visitation. Nothing about visiting out of the country.

We are in a military BF. BM lives in the UK on base with her new H. The court allowed her to move with the children for 4 years. She has to bring them back once a year. We are fighting to have whole summers and one holiday vacat
