Research Study

Has anyone done any studies with their LO?  Today I took DD for her first cognitive study at a nearby university- they gave us some toys to play with to look for her reaction. The results of the study will be published at the end of the summer. The next study will be when she's 9 months old.  Anyone else do any?  I think they're interesting.

    We have gone 2x to the university "baby lab". THey have him watch videos and see what keeps his attention - he looks at faces talking.  We will go again I think at 8 months. Only about 5 - 10 minutes of video total.

    That actually sounds pretty cool. Who would you contact at a university to find out about this type of thing?
