Kinda nervous

Since I found out I was pregnant at about 4 and a half weeks I have had cramps on an off then the other day they just completely stopped? I had a few waves of Naseau but nothing major. I feel like I have no symptoms anymore. I go to the dr next Friday so still have a week to go. Anyone else feel like they have no symptoms? I'm really kinda nervous
