Is anyone's significant other having a hard time knowing how to be supportive of your emotions? Mine seems to be making things a little harder.. As if it could even get worse. I have been over the top emotional.. I cry over everything but he's not being to helpful with even trying to understand and make me feel better. Anyone else going through this? Any suggestions?

We had this issue with our first. I agree with what others said. Talk to him, he doesn't get how crazy we can get inside our own head. I would flip out over the tiniest things and then feel terrible. Try to think of how he feels in all this too.

Honestly, if I can tell he is stressed, I try to control myself a little more and don't let my "freak flag fly," so to speak.
