Hello!!! I jut found out that we are expecting our first baby on Saturday 4/20 ... I am about 5 weeks and 4 days now and getting my second HcG study done this morning. I am high risk and have a clotting disorder and am on lovenox blood thinner 2 times a day throughout my entire pregnancy... I am just nervous because I do not have a regular OB/Gyn and am having to get referred to a maternal fetal specialist to monitor my pregnancy... I just want to get that first ultrasound done so that I can have some reassurance!!! So far I have been having someone cramping but NO bleeding at all and also breast tenseness and some very mild waves of nausea... Are these normal at 5 weeks??? Just anxious and trying not to stress out!!! Please keep me in your thoughts!!! I am a nurse and work loooong hours as am on my feet a lot!!! Anyone else have a high risk pregnancy previously with a fairly demanding physical job??? Sorry for all the questions... Just so nervous and all I want is a happy and healthy baby!!!
Re: High risk and anxious
Good luck to you! I am high risk but because of an incompetent cervix. Your symptoms sounds very normal. This time around I had very little nausea and felt great. I was very nervous to feel so "wonderful" for the first tri. &nbs
Maybe we should start a high risk check in??? It seems that there are quite a few of us.

Congrats on your pregnancy.
Not every pregnancy has the same symptoms or even a lot of symptoms.
I'm also high risk due to full on eclampsia with previous child.
