No horseradish?!?!

We had French dip sandwiches for dinner and I put horseradish sauce on them like always. NOW I'm reading that you're not supposed to eat horseradish during pregnancy?! Has anyone else heard this?? I've GOT to stop googling!!

According to google we can't eat papaya either. I haven't heard horseradish yet. I can't imagine why that would be out of the question!

I just read that moderate amounts with food are perfectly fine. You should just avoid taking capsules of it in medicinal doses.

I have never heard that. I'm not a big horseradish eater, but I've never seen that anywhere

Just looked it up and all of the info is for use of the radish in medecinal quantities. I think you're fine. Maybe just don't eat a jar in one sitting.

Yeah, apparently people try to use it to cause miscarriages...but they eat 3-4 ounces of pure horseradish at a time, 3-4 times a day.

Oh man, that is horrible news. Well so long as we can keep it in moderation.  After I deliver, the first meal I want is a Medium Rare prime rib steak with tons of horse raddish and a big fat baked potato wiht all the fixin's mmmmmmmmmm
