Tea for m/s?

Does anyone have either a brand of decaf tea, or a home brew they swear by for helping m/s? I've heard pl home brew with ginger, but how...do you grate it? Put a whole chunk in?

Re: Tea for m/s?

  • I just use store-bought ginger tea bags (or you can use fresh ginger, like the PP said). They do help me some, but the best has been ginger kombucha. Also ginger chews -- love them.

But, yeah, carbs. Story of my life

  • Ginger and citrus are a good combo for me.  Steeping ginger slices like the other poster said in some citrus tea would probably make a nice drink.

  • I've heard that protein-rich foods help with M/S, so try putting cream cheese on the bagel you're craving!

I have a general question: a couple of pregnant friends wouldn't drink tea while they were pregnant but neither could give me a good answer

I promise to never forget that this little dude deserves just as much love after the baby comes as he has now.
