Bleeding so early U/S today

Think I'm posting this to vent my nerves but I'm really worried.

I am approx 6 to 7 weeks pregnant and have a text book pregnancy according to the book every symptom possible! However, I woke up at 5am for the usual emptying of very full bladder to find I was dripping dark brown blood. Needless to say I have been worried and googling everything too many times. I'm booked in to an early ultrasound in an hour and I'm petrified.... Is anyone else going through this scary situation? If so, please post to get me through this!!! Thanks :

I am. There have actually been quite a few of us posting about bleeding in the past couple of weeks. I bled brown blood ... Old blood... For a few hours last week. It stopped the same night. Then on the following Tuesday I bled red for a few hours. O

I'm sorry I haven't experienced this, but I do know spotting in the beginning is okay, it isn't bright red so that can also be a good sign!

I just posted above because I had some spotting Friday night (it was dark pink).  I don't have my answer yet, but my nurse did say it's very common.  Have you been having cramps?

UPDATE: went to see sonographer and she confirmed everything was ok and we got to see our little pea's heartbeat! Unfortunately after doing an interal scan I bled again which I freaked out about but sonographer said she could see nothing wrong. But she a
