Morning sickness...

Seriously can not get rid of morning sickness..
I've had it for about a week straight from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep... Nothing particular triggers it but waves of it come. Kind of hard to keep anything but watermelon pieces down... Any suggestions?!

Unisom! Get the tablets, not the gelcaps. I take half at night and it keeps me from throwing up and feeling so yuck the next day. You can probably take the whole pill but that makes me too loopy!

Ginger - ginger candies, ginger tea, ginger ale.

Loads of sleep and water, I suck on a candy cane before bed and its soothing. The mornings are the worst and I just force myself to eat something, it sucks.

I tried everything from the Unisom tablets to the Ginger to the Sea Bands and nothing has helped. My doctor prescribed me a cocktail of Zofran and Reglan and I'm starting to feel so much better.

Mine was super bad too and nothing was helping.  I got zofran from my RE yesterday and it has been a huge help.  He prescribed the ones that dissolve in your mouth so you don't have to swallow anything.

Just wanted to say sorry you're having a hard time with this. I don't know if its strong enough, but celestial seasonings lemon ginger tea really helped me. The combo of lemon and ginger works better for me than just ginger a
