XP: Recipe Ideas for a Toddler

Can anyone recommend a good cookbook or website for toddler meal ideas? Unfortunately, we can't all eat together every night so I'm often cooking DS his own meals and the regular fare is getting sort of old (maybe not for him, but I feel like I need to start exposing him to more foods). Need some inspiration! TIA!

Pinterest!  I've found a "green" mac and cheese that uses avocado, broccoli and chicken nuggets (haven't made them, LO refuses all broccoli), etc.

Is there are reason you're cooking him something different? If you can't eat at the same time due to scheduling, that doesn't mean he has to eat a different dish.
