M/S remedies

Talk to me about what kinds of foods or drinks are helping with your morning sickness. I didn't expect to feel so awful this early, but I've been laid up all day today with nausea and upper/middle stomach cramps. Since nothing sounds good to eat, and I'll have to choke food down anyway, I thought I'd get some suggestions about nutritious/nausea-relieving foods.

  • I feel your pain. Try ginger ale, it is the only thing that's making me feel better.
  • I do not know if there is any science behind it but my friend who is a huge foodie and food critic was the one who recommended lemon to me.

  • I've used lemon to get rid of that yucky taste in my mouth!! It also helps with naseau. Preggie pops help when they are in my mouth only. I have had m/s for three weeks. 24/7 :
