I got a pedicure today and before the massage the girl told me she heard she shouldn't rub my feet ankles or legs. I told her I never heard that before plus my feet were hurting so bad from walking around all day. She proceeded and went pretty hard but it felt good so I didn't tell her to stop. I mentioned it to my mom after and she said that it probably wasn't a good idea. I just researched it and it turns out there are pressure points in your ankles that aren't supposed to be massaged while pregnant as they're related to the uterus. Now Im freaking out. I also paid for 5 min more on my feet where she also went pretty hard on. Should I be worried?
