Okay so I have heard and read that us fall momma's get the wide sidewalk slapper syndrome the worst from having to be at our biggest during summer.

We had one hot and super humid day yesterday and even in my comfy birkenstocks, my feet swelled to enormous proportions, and they hurt all evening and even during my sleep last night. By the by I also bought shoes this week, and apparently I had to go  up two sizes from what I normally wear! 

Anyone else experience this yet??
