I will be 16 weeks tomorrow and varicos veins have already made their appearance. I walk around the NIKE store I work for 9 hours a day 5 days a week on a concrete floor and its taking a toll on my legs. So varicose veins are starting to appear in my upper thighs and I am starting to get pink spots in my arches from the veins

I have some from my pregnancy with DD. They only came when I had my period or if I was on my feet a lot. Two weeks ago those effers showed up, large and in charge, all up and down my pale legs. Yay.

I stand on my feet all day too.. Compression stockings really help me!

Their is no way I could wear compression stockings/hose for 9 hours!  Plus I wear capris at work. Maybe I can get some for when I am home...probably wont have the same affect though.

The nursing websites that sell scrubs sell really comfortable stockings that you can wear for hours. The whole Capri pants issue is something else all together; it would look a little silly.
