NBR: SD Bday Party

Ok so this is not bump related, but SD's 5th birthday is coming up in June and I've got her party scheduled June 1st. I'm doing a Hawaiian Luau theme since its summer... I put the deposit down on the inflatable water slide and sno cone machine rental today. The slide is actually cute, it's blue and it has two Palm trees at the end so it keeps with the "beachy/troplical" feel. The party will take place at my Grandmother's house bad she's got plenty of room 2 acres that the kids can run around.
My question is... what's the best time to do it? I want 2 4 but was curious what you ladies thought... think as though I've invited your child. Is this a good time or do you find it inconvenient?
This is the first big party with kids from school that she's had so I just want to make sure I do it right : TIA!

For a 5yr old the time shouldn't really matter too much since you're not working around naps. My only suggestion would be extending the party time - I've never really put an ending time on DD's invites and her parties usually last 3hrs and we might have a
