  • Honestly, I would try to relax.  Babies have very small tummies.  Try not to make it into a power struggle.  He will eat when e is hungry.

  • DD isn't quite that obstinate, but we go through a lot more food than what is in her belly. I've decided that it's just a phase we will need to get through. She also only has her two bottom teeth so far. It can be frustrating because I make her this nice,

  • Sometimes I think our LO only wants to eat cheerios. So when I feed him I give him a variety of things to choose from- tonight for dinner he had cheerios, then pieces of chicken, hot dog, carrots, peas and spiral pasta for him to choose from.

  • Don't let it be a struggle.  Serving sizes for toddlers (which you son isn't quite yet) are very small.  A serving size of veggies or fruit is 2 tablespoons.  That really is only a few bites.

  • Use the foods or milk LO likes and sneak in more nutrition. So if your LO only drinks milk, blend in some fruits or veggies. Add a small amount so he won't notice. Then gradually add more. My LO loves bread so I'm making some spinach pancakes today. Be cr

    DD will start a new daycare in the next few weeks in which she will be in a classroom that feeds them finger foods, no bottles or baby food.  She doesn't really eat any finger foods for us except for puffs, so I'm terrified she's going to starve
