Hey y'all, I am so undecided on the new 2013's Elantra & Sonata, does anyone here have one or the other they can recommend? Currently I have a Dodge Caliber which is basically the same size (we compared measurements) as the Elantra except its a hatchback. I think it's a great size for our daily lifestyle since our other car is a Mazda CX-9 SUV, but I also like the Sonata because I've heard it is a smoother ride and it is more of a sedan than a compact.
The Sonata GLS {cloth seats} price at the dealership right now is $19,120 and the Elantra GLS {cloth seats} is $17,195 or the Limited is $19,605 {which DH likes because it has the leather}. I'm not too particular on any of the upgrades, sure having leather or a sunroof sound cool but we have those already in our SUV so I am fine with sacrificing them, plus I've always had cloth seats. We only have one child, DS is almost 2 & we don't plan to add on to our family until later this year (going to ttc our 2nd & final babe this fall) but this will be a car we keep for a minimum of 6 years.
As you can see, I debate with myself with what I want, I almost wish someone would just tell me what to get lol! So that's where y'all come in... which should I get?
