I do... I try to stick to one cup a day. My midwife was also okay with all the green tea I wanted to drink, which made a good alternative last pregnancy, but I'm not really sure if it was more caffeine than I should have had.

I have one small cup every morning and sometimes one in the afternoon. If I need a pick up I drink herbal peppermint tea, no caffeine but quite refreshing.
I drink one cup of coffee in the morning and then I will have a glass/can of soda either with lunch or dinner. The rest of the day it is water and juice. My doc said its fine in moderation.
