What's happening this weeks, ladies? Any fails? Any cocktail recipes you want to share?
GTKY: What has been the biggest adjustment for you now that you're a parent (or now that you're pregnant, for those who are still waiting for their babies)?
Fail: For some reason I thought best bottoms would work fine with a baby on antibiotics. Let me tell you, the covers held great, but the poo was out of control, and I had to change covers with every poo. So that didn't work out so well for

No fails or cocktails to share this week. Sorry I'm lame, I know.
The biggest adjustment with DS1 was not being able to just pick up and go somewhere without packing a million things and planning around naps etc. (shopping trip, or e
Biggest adjustment with the birth of this LO has been getting used to caring for someone who is dependant on me for everything. My older two are old enough to care for themselves, with guidance sometimes.

Biggest adjustment is definately lack of adult time. Thankfully my wonderful DH kicks me out of the house every so often to go out with my girlfriends, I don't know what I would do without that man!
OMG I love this week's GTKY. Even though my baby isn't here yet, I feel like I failed a little by ordering from etsy twice last month. The prints on the dipes are so cute, but one shop didn't include inserts, and the other shop has inserts that are soo
Epic fail was DH's...he was changing DD, set down a used wipe, and she's doing her little 3-week-old arm flailing and wiggling thing, and she managed to grab the poopy wipe and fling it back at DH! That'll teach him to set a dirty wipe anywhere within
Fail last night. LO woke to eat at 4, and I could feel dampness through her sleeper. I know she's been soaking her night diapers (2 hemp, 1 MF), but I decided to feed first. Fell asleep side lying so when I woke at 6 I not only had a soaking wet baby,
This is my first time participating in this post since I'm fairly new to the board...Hi!
I don't really have a fail. My sprayertotheface incident was last week, for those who saw that post.
My hubby is super into making cocktails, like the old
My fail was partly me, partly my MIL. They were here visiting and watched LO for me so I could go exercise. I had fed and changed her into a clean prefold, but left a pocket dipe in case she pooped, which she did. I came home, they had her changed and
Sewing fail since baby isn't here yet...
I didn't know how much elastic to put in for a crib sheet, and I didn't want to make it too tight. But now it's all baggy! I'll have to remedy that but I'm lazy. Ugh.
No interesting fails on my part recently. Or interesting cocktails.
Biggest adjustment? Hm. Toss up between becoming a SAHM vs a WAHM and how getting out the house to go anywhere no longer takes me like 10 seconds. The former, well, in my experienc
The fail was DH's. He forgot to fold the front on the prefold down, so DS was toddling around with the prefold hanging out the front. DS then proceeded to reach down his diaper and smear poop on his face. Needless to say, I handled the next change.

My biggest adjustment was and is definitely the production that it takes to get out of the house. I always was bad with time management while trying to get out of the house and now it's a billion times worse.
Oh, and on a totally shallow note it'

Re: ~~~Epic Fails & Cocktails~~~
No fails for me lately. I have been enjoying MrsP's peach juice and Pinot grigio cocktail lately. Yum.
The hardest adjustment for me has been the lack of interaction with adults now that I'm a SAHM. DH works long hours so someti

Baby isn't here yet, and I've sewn up what I'm planning to sew (at least until I can sew gender-specific cuteness), so no fails to share.
My anticipated adjustment will be from going from a pretty mature, self-sufficient 6 year old (she'll

Fail: I sold some brand new prefolds on Spots for $12 and free shipping. Shipping cost $8. Lesson learned: charge for shipping!
Cocktails: Pinot Grigio
Biggest Adjustment: Not being able to stay up
