    I am making homemade refried beans. First attempt at it. i am going to dice some tomatoes and mash up some avocado and make burritos with them. I am also making homemade yam fries.

    MH cooks. Literally every single night (except weekends). I love him :) I take baby duty and he takes dinner and cleaning duty when we get home from work. Who am I kidding, he even does it on my days off. LOL

    I think we're going the grill route too, but I have to get stupid charcoal.  I think we'll do grilled chicken and asparagus.

    It's snowy and icky here and puts me into a funk and so I just don't want to cook, so I'm going to stop and pick up burritos on the way home. Not Chipotle, but similar style.

    Oh goodness you all have such amazing ideas. We went with spaghetti and meatballs not too exciting but it will do the trick maybe tomorrow ill be more creative
