Morning sickness or stomach flu?

I'm 10 weeks today and both with my last pregnancy and so far with this one I have had a lot of nausea but never vomiting - I'm just not a puker. Today, bam! I've thrown up 4 times and feel terrible. Can't keep things down. Generally feel gross. I realize it is possible for symptoms to change out of the blue like that, but how would I know it is a stomach bug and not morning sickness? At least if it is a stomach bug, I can hope it will be better in a day or two whereas who knows when if it is m/s. I also feel like a doofer for taking time off work if it is "just" morning sickness. Thanks!
