We've started on the nursery

We hired a close family friend to come in and have some employees paint our nursery for us because we needed it done before Friday... They started at about 12 this afternoon and finished before 5 this evening! I'm so excited that we've officially started on this ongoing project I've been putting it off for weeks.

We will be putting a full size bed which we already have in the room along with crib. As soon as the paint dries we will have it in the room for our guests this weekend every room is filled for our nephews out of guest family.

Tomorrow we are buying the furniture for the room and I'm sure that I will have the wonderful DH of mine shopping for more since he lovesss to let me get my way ; haha. I'm aiming to at least have a crib and dresser up before we have our guest this weekend.

Wow, thinking about this is making me sleepy... Lol

Congrats! We didn't start thinking about the nursery until 25 weeks so it sounds like youre way ahead of the curve.

After we moved DS1 into his nursery, I wished we had a bed in there. So when I did DS2's nursery, we kept the queen guest bed. Best thing ever, so glad to have a bed in the nursery.
