Car seat for Grand Cherokee

I just got a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I really hate the car seat I have now.  It was great in my old car, but now, the passenger seat has to be suuuper close to the dash to allow the monster car seat room in the back seat.  It'll be fine when he's forward facing, but since that's not happening anytime soon, I'm going to have to bite the bullet and buy another seat.  Otherwise, long trips are going to be miserable!

Does anybody have a Grand Cherokee, and if so, what seat do you use?  Even if you don't have a GC, any recommendations on how to search for the best seat for it?

I don't have a Grand Cherokee, but I do have a Jeep Liberty. We have the Graco All in One Smart Seat. LO love his new seat, it's huge! But DH has plenty of room to move his seat all the way back...he's 6' and I'm 5'2".
