Max is STILL having major eating issues. He is on Alimentum and Prilosec and does great for two weeks at a time, eats like a normal baby, chugs 35 oz/day and then all of the sudden we have 3-5 days of hell again (screaming during bottles, hiccuping constantly, drop in intake) and this cycle just keeps repeating. He takes his Prilosec in capsule (beads in applesauce) currently, so I don't have to worry about the liquid becoming unstable or going bad, so I know that isn't the issue.
I suspect that he might still be reacting slightly to milk protein in Alimentum, although he has normal poops and is never fussy unless eating. We've discussed possibly switching to Elecare or Neocate with our GI, but I worry that since he's older he won't tolerate the taste change and due to aspiration of thinner liquids, we'd have to thicken Elecare/Neocate, whereas the Alimentum Ready to Feed is thick enough that we don't need to add any thickener to it. Thickening adds a whole new set of issues, because he completely refuses bottles if we thicken with cereal.
My husband just keeps telling me that we might just have to wait it out and someday he'll outgrow this and the GI seems to be along the same lines, since he is otherwise doing well, but neither one of them have to be the one to feed him or see him scream throughout bottles.
Anyone else still having major reflux or eating issues? This is my last baby and I really just want to enjoy him and stop worrying about this crap!

O is still on alimentum and prilosec but does well on them. Have you talked to your pedi about trying a different med? It a different way? O takes prilosec in the liquid form which can be a pain in the , but its always worked for her. Can you try the e
L is on prevacid. Is prilosec a PPI? If so, you might want to give it on an empty stomache with the apple sauce, as it's more effective that way.
I also have read that teething will make relux flare up. Sometimes I f
