Hah, I'm obsessed too! I tried to buy it on etsy. When it came, it wasn't what I wanted, so I tweaked it. I left the feathers and the big white flower alone but everything else I made.

It's not hard! Look on you tube for tutorials on making baby head bands, mini top hats, or fascinators. You can do it!!!!
