Hey ladies, if my DD's afternoon nap is too short she can barely make
it to her bedtime (6pm) so I put her down earlier to prevent becoming
overtired. But now lately she is waking up too early around 5:45am. Am I
putting her down too early? I've read to put her down earlier to
prevent her from being overtired, but this 5:45am wake up time is
killing me (on top of waking up 4-6x a night) and then throws off her
entire day of naps and then bedtime again. I need to get out of this
cycle. She is currently sick but once she is over it we are going to night wean, so I hope this helps all of the wake up times. I do nurse her at 5:45am hoping she will go back to sleep but she doesn't. She is up! Thanks!
Re: Waking up too early
Caleb was like this. It sucks, but 545 is a "normal" wake time at this age. Try the 234 schedule. First nap 2 hours after waking, second nap 3 hours after waking from first nap, and bedtime 4 hours after waking from second nap.

DS2 usually wakes up sometime in the early 5am hour, but we try our best to not go get him up until 6am. He goes to bed between 6 to 630pm.
