I'm hoping you ladies can help me!!! I am not a cloth diaper-er; although after meeting people that do, I kind of wish I would have gotten into it at the start...ANYWAY! I borrowed a diaper cover from a friend for DSs cake smash photo shoot. I was worried it would get icing all over it and it would stain and she said it was no biggie, but I still want to give it back as clean as possible! First of all, what is the best way to wash a diaper cover? Can I use regular detergent? Second, it is a lighter grey color and now has teal icing all over it. I haven't soaked it or anything yet because I'm not sure what would be best. Any help would be appreciated; TIA!!!

Also do NOT put it in the dryer. It can damage the waterproof layer on it. Hang it to dry.
