I didn't realize how hard it is to find low sodium foods. Perhaps I'm just not looking in the right places? I am holding water really bad already and I'm only 12 weeks 5 days. I prop my feet up at work, I'm drinking close to a gallon of water a day. What can anyone suggest for good, low- sodium foods. I'm not terribly concerned about the price as, I will only be on this diet for a short time.
