So my husband is currently deployed and in the next couple months I'll be moving into a new house. Obviously once I move I don't want all my medical stuff coming here, so will he be able to change our address with DEERs over there so that I can change it with tricare? Or will I have to do it here?
Why not file a change of address with the post office?
Also, you should be able to call Tricare and do it yourself. And, DEERS and Tricare are two different things, so updating one doesn't update the other.
You need to get a POA stating that you are his wife and under his permission to go in and get the information filled out and DEERS changed.. That's what we had to do when he was in Germany!

But unless your husband is
If you know his mypay login info you can log in to DEERS yourself and update it. The link is in the right hand column.
