child proofing cabinets

Has anyone started thinking about this yet?  If so, or STMs what do you prefer to use?  The ties that go on the outside around the handles, the no drill magnetic locks or the locks that you actually drill into the inside of the doors/cabinets?  TIA

we've only installed 1 gate in our house at the top of the steps, everywhere else we use pressure mount gates, and the ties that go on the outside around the handles.  You only need the childproofing for a few years, and I don't want to put holes
