Due to complications with a previous pregnancy and a poor health history I ended up in the ER on 3/29 where they did an internal ultrasound to confirm that the baby was not ectopic. On 4/1 I went to the OB and had an internal and external ultrasound to check on the baby's growth and am going back tomorrow for another ultrasound. Should I be worried about the affect this could have on the baby?

No. Women with high risk pregnancies and those who've gone through fertility treatments have far more than that. I'm a little over 10 weeks and I've had four.
As someone who has had a u/s at every single DR appt except one from 6 weeks to almost 27 weeks, 3 ultrasounds in a week and a half is a lot.
What are they worried about that they are checking growth so often at this stage?
No. The ultrasounds you are getting sound like they are medically necessary to monitor your pregnancy. If you were going in every day for hours at a time just for fun that would be a different story. You trust your doctor to deliver your baby, why worr
