Looks like a little chipmunk...

...has been nibbling on my son's crib...he has been biting his crib and it all marked up with chew marks...this is supposed to be a convertible crib that will be come a toddler bed and then a twin bed.

Anyone else's LO doing this and have you found a simple fix to make the bed look better (sans sanding and re-staining) and at this point I am not going to get the bite guards for the crib.

    FWIW we bought a used crib for LO #2 and it's got some bite marks on it.  We may stain it in the future, but structurally it's fine.  We just overlook it ;)
