Ladies with endo.

At what point did you discuss the possibility of endo with your doctor? And when did they do a lap?

My last doctor said that I had endo but we needed to get through basic testing first before I had a lap. The doctor I'm seeing now didn't even seem cOncerned about what my previous doc had said or my incredibly painful periods.

I'm wondering when I should push this topic.

As soon as my RE began to suspect endo he suggested a lap.  He saw signs of endo on my ultrasounds and I have a strong family history of it.  Are you seeing an RE?  Are you thinking endo is causing you trouble TTC?

Before moving to our RE, my OB offered it to check (painful heavy periods, cramping all the time and not just before AF) for possible endo and to take a look around and see how my tubes were etc. I'm glad I went with it, I have stage 1 endo and one of

My RE was suspicious of endo at consult appt. I had very painful cramps about 3 times a year. Only symptom...
I had my initial testing done decided to do 3 unmedicated cycles and 3 medicated cycles before my lap. I wish I had find it earlier. I was

Thanks ladies. I am lucky to have insurance that will cover a lap. I thought it was weird that he didn't seem concerned at all, especially since my previous doctor was. I am going to make an appointment and talk about this.

My RE is slightly suspicious that I may have endo. However, since the lap removal is mainly to help with pain control and only helps 1 out 30 people women get pregnant. I am not going to have a lap at this point.
