1st Trimester

just found out, in shock.

So I have been on birth control for 10 years and was not TTC at all. I just found out I am pregnant and have to wait until next week to see my dr. Meanwhile I have so many things running through my head. I was due to gradfuate with my BS in Health Admin next may and was accepted into a fast track Master's of Nursing Program, I feel that those dreams of advancing my career are gone.

I have also been on antidepressants and anti anxiety medicine for over 10 years and weaned off them already. I feel like a crying anxious wreck. Will the my ob prescribe safe medicines to take or do I just wait until after the baby?

I was also diangosed with an autoimmune disease they think is MS last year, does anyone else have any experience with autoimmunes and pregnancy?

Thank you to anyone who can help.
