So I have been on birth control for 10 years and was not TTC at all. I just found out I am pregnant and have to wait until next week to see my dr. Meanwhile I have so many things running through my head. I was due to gradfuate with my BS in Health Admin next may and was accepted into a fast track Master's of Nursing Program, I feel that those dreams of advancing my career are gone.
I have also been on antidepressants and anti anxiety medicine for over 10 years and weaned off them already. I feel like a crying anxious wreck. Will the my ob prescribe safe medicines to take or do I just wait until after the baby?
I was also diangosed with an autoimmune disease they think is MS last year, does anyone else have any experience with autoimmunes and pregnancy?

There are safer anxiety meds, I'm on Citalopram so that I didn't have to switch when I got pregnant. Be sure to find a good counselor, since you'll be at risk for post-partum depression/anxiety.
