Can I take anything that's safe for the baby? I feel like a blimp.

My doctor doesn't recommend taking anything until the first trimester is over unless it's absolutely necessary.

I've heard gas x is safe to take...But haven't asked my doctor.

I'll be honest, I'm trying not to take anything for my gas, so when I'm at home, I tend to stink my DH out of rooms and when I'm at work, I excuse myself to the restroom, do a courtesy flush and fart away. No sense in holding it in and making things painf

I am not taking anything, but I can tell you I have this problem too!

Gas x, colace and tums are ok.  Just saw dr last week and I have the same issue
