Does anyone have any suggestions for a great baby journal?  I am looking for one that asks the same questions each week and you fill them in along with a spot for notes?

 

Also I would like to work on my list of questions for my first OB appt, any suggestions?

I just journal in a regular stationary notebook. Any notable stuff like symptoms, how you feel about being pregnant, things you're planning on doing to tell the family.

I actually just purchased the babybump app on iTunes so I can do it easily from my iPad.

I purchased "The Belly Book"- places to post pictures of your belly every week, how you are feeling, what you're craving, etc.
