It seems like I just did this for last week. How is it Thursday already?
1. DH and I have a small little getaway planned for this weekend and I couldn't be more excited about it! Yay for hotel sex! 
And yay for the theater and a very nice dinner.
2. The above mentioned trip is potentially falling VERY close to my IUI for this cycle and I'm REALLY hoping it won't interfere. (Sunday is day 12!) DH and I decided that we really need this trip as a couple, and we will just have to cancel the IUI if I do O over the weekend. yikes.
3. I have been doing the Ab-tastic April Challenge that Peanut started on the TTPG board. I even added in more exercises to really challenge myself. Ouch. I can feel the burn.
4. I've been waiting for 4 days for the urologist office to call me back about DH's labs and whether we should continue the Clomid he's been on. Labs were drawn last Tuesday. He has been out of said clomid since last Thursday. I call the office multiple times a day and get nowhere. Slams head against wall.
5. I hate Salmon. I ate it once and thought I was going to have to run out of the restaurant. I really don't see how so many people like it. I don't even want to be near someone else who is eating it.

Nov&Dec-Provera because of no period after 35+ days
First RE appt 1/10/2013
Tests: TSH (normal), Prolactin (normal), SA (abnormal)
Hysteroscopy (normal) and PCOS labs (negative/normal) 1/15/2013
2/1/13- HPT BFP but Beta Hcg was negative
Plan: Femara + Trigger + IUI in April if no real BFP before then Bloggy Blog!

CLOMID: 4 rounds, 50mg + TI = BFN's. FEMARA: 1 round = no response
12-24-2012 : Laparoscopy, Softball sized cyst/endo/scar tissue removed.
Cycle #14 - Feb 2013 : 50mg clomid. Ovidrel Trigger. IUI on 2/14/13 = thin lining, multiple cysts.
Cycle #16 actively trying (May/June): Femara, TI = BFN
Cycle #17- #20 - Med/Treatment break, trying on our own = BFN's all around.
Cycle #21 - Femara, MORE Femara, Ovidrel and a Christmas IUI = BFN

DX: PCOS, Stage III Endo, slight Adenomyosis, blocked tube, and probable LPD
Treatments: 6 Months Lupron Depot injections; 1500 mg metformin; 3 cycles of Clomid + TI = BFN
3 endometrial biopsies all were "out of phase"
September - December, 2013: Break to lose weight and get healthy
40 lb weight loss but still not ovulating "in phase"
February - March 2014: bcps + follistim + trigger + TI = BFP
Beta #1 (12dpo): 30; Beta #2 (18dpo): 500; Beta #3 (25dpo): 7,000!!!
1st u/s 4/16: One beautiful hb at 144 bmp
2nd u/s 4/29: hb at 166 bmp. Graduated from RE!!

1. I totally enjoyed my first ever facial yesterday and looking forward to my massage tomorrow in my week to pamper myself - mostly all with gift cards
(this also included no cleaning yesterday and kicking back with movies from Red Box).

BFP #1: 2/15/12-Ectopic/Mtx at 6 wks
BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks.
Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies. ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts.
Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy. Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

Rx: Metformin 500mg
Cycle #1: Clomid 100mg + Ovidrel = No Response, Canceled
Cycle #2: Clomid 150mg + Ovidrel = No Response, Canceled
Cycle #3: Clomid 150mg + Follistim + Ovidrel = No response, Canceled
Cycle #4: Femara 7.5mg + Gonal-f + Ovidrel + IUI = BFP!!!!

Hello ladies!
1) DH and I went to our local minor league baseball team's home opener tonight. It was raining and cold, but we still had fun.
2) This weekend is my library's book sale. I went today and purchased 18 books for $8.50. I plan on
PCOS (anovulatory and amenorrhea) and hypothyroid.
Currently taking Metformin 1500 MG and Synthroid.
Prior HSG and DH SAs were clear.
Feb 2013 - Switched clinics/RE and starting from the beginning again with some modifications.
Current status: CD 3 appointment showed lining was too thick (11.5 mm). Endometrial biopsy scheduled for CD 11. Next steps will be based on results.
